Steven E. Morganstein, D.O.
Dr. Morganstein received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and obtained his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency training at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. Morganstein is currently the Medical Director of the Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital. He is also the Division Chief of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for the PinnacleHealth System. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and he is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Daniel C. De Falcis, M.D.
Dr. De Falcis received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and continued his medical training and internship locally at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey. He completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. De Falcis was the Associate Medical Director and Director of Neurological Services at the HEALTHSOUTH Rehabilitation Hospital of York, and he is also the Medical Director for PinnacleHealth’s Rehab Options
chronic pain program. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Independent Examinations and Pain Medicine, and he is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Our Physician Assistants

Maria A. Trees, PA-C
Ms. Trees received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and completed her graduate studies at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She has worked in emergency medicine and has extensive experience in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. Ms. Trees is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Jamie L. Walters, PA-C
Ms. Walters received her degree in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania. She has worked with infectious diseases and extensively in the field of occupational medicine and rehabilitation. Ms. Walters is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and she is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
